I live today as if it is the best day of my life. I plan for tomorrow because I am making the continuation of today.
To me, today will never end. Because today is time and time never ends and goes on and on and on.
Nobody has defeated me except myself and nobody has scared me so much as myself and nobody has saddened me as much as I have saddened myself. I discovered this fact recently when I developed in myself the credibility and capability for not being affected by my own unwanted and uncontrolled states.
I always believed as a human being I am the subject of different treatment by internal and external factors. Now after many years of exploring and examining different elements , I have come to this conclusion that I can choose my own states regardless of what happens outside me.
