How to cultivate a culture of success?

The only way that you guarantee your success is to cultivate a culture of success.
Even small children have a history of their life and they use the previous experiences when they want to do something now or in future. The key point comes here. If you use your history as a reference for learning more, it becomes a source of inspiration for future successful experiences. If you use your history as a source of failure, you fail yourself and practically everybody around you when it comes to learning from the past for future success.
My past is the greatest source of my inspiration. When I lack an experience that I see in other successful people, I make the other people a great source of inspiration for my own success. I have realised that these are the ways the people think and behave that bring success. I know that I cannot think exactly and behave exactly as the other successful people that I have admired. We are different people but we can model each other for both success or failure. The absolute majority of the people who have not succeeded are those who have used other failures as their role models.They think that if those people could not make it, how I can make it? And that's the end of the person. This person has sealed his failing fate even before beginning.
I have always thought the opposite. I can succeed all the time if I think and behave all the time like them. But I know this is not possible all the time and therefore I am quite happy to have a few major successful experiences than not having any at all. Once I have a big success I would try to build on it. If I can continue to initiate ad accomplish few major successful experiences I can have more chance for future and my success will be multiplied. For those who have not succeeded, the chance of success is very small as they could not cultivate a culture of success. Those who have a series of successful experiences, have more chances of success in future as they have already established a culture of success for themselves.
Nobody can succeed like a person who has a culture of success. If the person who has a culture of success happens to live in a community which has a culture of success, success becomes an ordinary experience of everyday. The great thing about the culture of success is that it expands itself to include the people who are around. It is like the air. It moves inside people. It affects everybody even when they do not like it. For the people who have a culture of success and they live in a country where the culture of success is established, being successful becomes as easy as breathing in a beautiful summer day.
The opposite is true too. In a community that the culture of failure is dominant, becoming successful becomes very difficult but not impossible. The successful people in such communities can retain their success only if they help people around them to become successful. As success is like air and it moves in all directions, it will affect even the most negative people. The great art or skill of national and community leaders is to create a culture of success which is expansive, appealing and inclusive.
The culture of success creates the right conditions for people to succeed. If you live in a community that success has its own culture, your success is very easy. If you live in a community that the culture of success has not been yet established, you have to get up, get out and create a culture of success that makes success possible for many.
All the great things have started with one person. Can you be one of them?
